Care home refurbishment FAQs
Can you refurbish a care home while residents are living there?

Are your operatives DBS checked?
Yes. Our operatives working in care homes are DBS checked, and everyone on site is briefed on the home’s safeguarding, infection-control and signing-in procedures before starting.
What care home refurbishment work do you carry out?
Bedroom refurbishments, en-suite wet rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms and assisted bathing areas, lounges and dining rooms, corridors, ceilings, flooring and decoration, through to full home refurbishments and planned maintenance programmes.
